For Digital Chronobell I Tower Clock Controller

1. Press the SET TIME button. The DAY light will blink.
2. Press the current DAY. The Hours and Minutes will be displayed with the Hours blinking
3. Use FWD/BACK buttons to select hour with correct AM/PM.
4. Press SET. The Minutes will start blinking.
5. Use FWD/BACK buttons to select minutes.
6. Press SET. The Month will start blinking.
7. Use FWD/BACK buttons to select Month.
8. Press SET. The Day will start blinking.
7. Use FWD/BACK buttons to select Day.
8. Press SET. The Year will start blinking
9. Use FWD/BACK buttons to select the current Year.
10. Press SET.
